I've been experimenting with some new crochet patterns. Well, they are new to me. I found them in an old book on needlework. Excuse my mistakes. I was watching Hell's Kitchen while I was doing them so not paying close attention! The one on the bottom left is using a "Pineapple" stitch where you pull it through 9 loops. Takes up a lot of yarn and it is hard to pull through sometimes I found. I doubt I'll be making more of that one. I like the one on the right, but again there are mistakes in it! The one on the top left isn't supposed to be round, but you see I couldn't square it off as I did the wrong number of sections. Oh well!
I have always wanted to learn how to crochet, just never got around to it, but I love how yours look..a few mistakes just add character, don't you think?

LOL, you're right about the mistakes, Dagmar! I can't bear to take things out, I just start again! You should give it a try. It's such a nice little passtime with rewarding results.
